• To do the layout of : meeting reports, project related documents, incoming and outgoing mails …
• To archive documents with the appropriate internal tool
• To follow the instructions for the archiving of documents according to the project requirements
• To distribute documents to internal or external customers
Ensure purchase orders and make sure that invoices are paid
Handle administrative tasks for your Manager.
Responsible for managing, scheduling and organizing meetings and travels for your team.
Work together with other assistants and share the responsibilities to achieve tasks in time.
Diploma in Secretarial studies or similar and you have around 3 years of experience in a similar position
Languages : fluent in Dutch and French and proficient in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,…)
Good communication skills and team player with an attitude of collaboration, trust, honesty and transparency. You are dynamic and you like teamworking.
Sens of initiative, autonomy, solution oriented and able to manage priorities
Discreet, precise and punctual.
