Large Japanese Technology company hiring Corporate Finance Project ManagerNew Position: Project ManagerSalary: 6M to 10M JPY - NegotiablePosition Status: New PositionIdeal Background Industry: Technology, Open to any other industryLocation: Tokyo, JapanLanguage skills: Fluent Japanese & Business EnglishPosition Details:The PMI manager will be required to work collaboratively with Business, Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and other relevant people to successfully integrate newly acquired companies into our company.The PMI manager will be responsible for the entire process of integration including:- Define the scope and priority of the integration.- Establish integration management team.- Create a detailed integration work plan.- Execute the integration plan.- Monitor the progress of the integration and jump in to solve problems.- create status report regularly.Mandatory Qualifications:- PMI-related project management experience in a consulting or corporate role or Business management experience- Negotiation and coordination skills- English (Native Level) Japanese(JLPT N1Level)- Proficiency in MS Office applicationsDesired Qualifications:- Project Management skill- Corporate Governance / Company Act- Financial Accounting / Taxes- Corporate Finance- HR Skill Set •Able to communicate proactively •Native level Japanese, TOEIC 800 or higher •Basic knowledge of financial or management accounting
