Responsibilities
* Operate plasma cutting machines to cut and shape metal sheets and plates
* Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for precise cuts
* Prepare workpieces by cleaning, degreasing, and clamping
* Set cutting parameters such as speed, pressure, and gas flow for optimal results
* Monitor the cutting process, adjust settings, and troubleshoot as necessary
* Inspect finished parts for quality control
* Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine in top condition

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Plasma Machine Operator
* Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and specifications in both imperial and metric units
* Strong knowledge of plasma cutting technology and operations
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Capability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues
* Ability to work 40+ hours/week
