1、Your main task will be to ensure that the compnay can reach the goals and aims we have for the JV on a high level, to navigate the political hurdles that comes with a JV collaboration.
2、You will take overall responsibility for establishment and successful startup according to our targets, including personnel, quality, work environment, and economy.
3、Able to lead the work in an effective manner and in close cooperation with Production China, and all other stakeholders.
4、Follow the company's SHE and Quality guideline.
5、Formulating company´s strategy in accordance with the way and supporting tactical initiatives together with JV partner
6、Set up activities and targets, follow up and measurement of KPI
7、Lead, steer and develop the organization and its daily operations
8、Ensure that the management team achieves the company's goals, including the development of the company's operations, processes and operations
9、Communicate and disseminate information within the organization and anchor decisions and solutions
10、Successfully manage the external stakeholders such as local government, suppliers and other partners
11、Be able to independently oversee the financial aspects of the company.
Requirements:
1、Above 15 years working experience, including 8 to 10 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment, experience in automotive industry is mandatory.
2、5+ years experience of leading managers, white collar clerks as well as blue collar workers in an international environment. (head of department or comparable); previous experience with collaboration within international teams is a must.
3、Experience of establishing a new plant is a big plus.
4、Have knowledge of global business management, e.g. regarding planning, financial, terms and conditions, logistics.
5、Know the current and future core processes of the customer and of the sector; know the value creation chain of his or her customer, recognize the inherent problems and be able to identify additional potential that can be achieved by related stakeholders.
6、Have knowledge of product/ system/ solution portfolio of related working area/ department and a good overview of market and future trends in the relevant market sector.
7、Better to have experience in painting or/and stamping process.
8、Fluent oral English is a must.
