To ensure that the plant H & S performance goals are met
Responsible for the plant to improve H & S issues
Passing H&S company information to subordination
Leading the accident investigation which happened in department and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Previous roles include Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar leadership roles
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale change management process & implementation in the manufacturing environment including experience in leading teams to improve & strengthen customer satisfaction.
Experience in leading and driving projects that are focused on efficiency and/or cost savings in the operations or processes, improving financial performance. Experience in managing inventory, improving flow of goods from production to delivery.
Experience in developing a strategic industrial development plan: leveraging technologies, building a pipeline of relevant skills, budget management, leveraging supply chains and working with different partners to move the manufacturing operations to the next level.
Demonstrated experience and success in leading teams and building a high-performance customer centric culture, agile mindset and work model.
