• Perform the scheduling of the technical staff in accordance with the applicable agreements (labour law, CLA, …) and the planned workload
• Follow-up and planning of training courses in function of: need (technician level), regulation (PART 145), supply, workload, ...
• Managing leaves, absenteeism and the statistics
• Plan and manage the extra resources (contractors, internships, job students) in cooperation with the production planning and keep record of their performance
• Keep the database of the technical staff up to date
• Keep the overview of actual working hours versus the remaining budgeted hours and the scheduled workload
• Manage all administration (badges, presence, billing system, ...)
• Support HR in the preparation of wages by giving data and documents on time.

Required technical skills

• Strong knowledge of English, French and Dutch verbal and written skills.
• Basic applications MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• General interest in M&E with regard to workload planning
• Experience with SP Expert is considered as an advantage
