Analyze, study, and constantly update the general work schedule and ensure compliance with the timelines imposed on subcontractors.
Compare the contractual work schedule with the actual work schedule.
Compare on-site time and costs with project budgets and timelines.
Assist site management and report directly to the Project Manager (PM).
Coordinate the submission of subcontractors' work schedules and monitor compliance.
Schedule consortium supplies within the timeframes set for the site and procurement.
Evaluate project optimizations in terms of time.
Identify potential critical issues in meeting the work schedule and prepare monthly reports.
Participate in meetings with the Consortium team and the client.

qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience as a general contractor
Excellent knowledge of MS Project and general proficiency with Office tools
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Ability to work under pressure
Native Italian speaker with excellent knowledge of English (German and French are desirable)
Solid knowledge of concrete structures, metal carpentry, and systems (electrical and mechanical)
Knowledge of BIM
