They obviously have superpowers like empathy, sourcing skills and thinking out of the box.
As all superheros, they have a positive mindset and can-do attitude. They are supportive and willing the help others. They don't give up until they achieve the positive result.

The role:
- Moderating individual and group discussions about options that participants have
- Using modern search techniques to find the most relevant job opportunities for candidates
- Conducting extensive online research to find job openings outside of standard channels
- Presenting the external labor market in an interesting and inspiring way
- Keeping up to date with current labor market
- Connecting right jobs with right candidates in timely manner - understanding transferable skills
This role is open for freelancers who could travel to Stuttgart office from time to time for face-to-face sessions.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment (sourcing or admin, job coach, employment agent, etc)
- Current knowledge of modern search techniques and online sourcing
- Good local labour market overview
- Professional communication skills - you will deal with many external stakeholders in sensitive period of time
- Creative out-of-the-box thinking
- Fluency in German and English is a must - you will use both languages on daily basis
