We're looking for an enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join our team in Burnley! You'll inspire and engage students from KS3 to KS4, helping them develop a passion for science. Daily rates range from £155 to £230, based on your experience and skills.
In this role, you'll inspire students to think critically, solve problems, and apply their knowledge to real-world situations. You will also assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for their exams.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to subject development by producing, reviewing and updating curriculum plans and schemes of work
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum
- Punctual and reliable
- Teach classes allocated and provide a well planned challenging, purposeful learning environment
- Develop approach to self - directed learning, use technology to support learning
- Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
- Set homework and mark promptly
- Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
- Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
- Respond to questioning

Personal attributes:

- Experience up to key stage 3/4
- QTS/PGCE equivalent
