experience
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Personalbereich;
- Erfahrung mit der Beschäftigung von ausländischen Mitarbeiter*innen und Arbeiten im administrativen akademischen Bereich ist wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-gestützten Anwendungen und MS-Office
- Sehr gutes Kommunikationsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch ist unabdingbar
- Absolute vertrauenswürdige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches, service- und teamorientiertes Auftreten
