- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Personalbetreuung
- Sehr gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz sowie Einfühlungsvermögen, Loyalität und Diskretion
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
