As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with market management to support commercial transformation, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the skills and tools to succeed in a dynamic environment.【Job Responsibilities】・Deploy global and local sales programs, promoting key sales behaviors and competencies.・Increase sales capability by focusing on process improvement and driving a customer-focused mindset.・Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the market management team on commercial transformation.・Coach sales leaders to enhance team productivity and independence in sales coaching.・Oversee top opportunities at risk, applying customer-focused selling (CFS) tools to boost success rates.・Drive sales improvement projects both in Japan and across the JAPAC/GR region, supporting priority strategies.・Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasts to enhance decision-making and support revenue goals.・Manage KPIs such as sales quotas, budgets, and profit analysis, collaborating with finance and operations.・Maintain effective English communication for regional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.Ready to Lead Sales Excellence in Healthcare? 求められる経験
・3+ years of experience in sales, business planning, or corporate strategy, supporting key KPIs.
・Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
・Strong project management skills, with a focus on business and operational improvement.
・Experience in demand forecasting to improve accuracy and inventory management.
・Ability to communicate effectively across functions in both English and Japanese.
Bachelor’s degree required.
【Preferred】
・Experience in a multinational environment or with global partners.
