The position of Personal Assistant (PA) to one of their highly skilled Surgeons is a crucial part of an experienced and motivated administrative team committed to providing efficient administrative services for the Clinic and Day Surgery operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Operating and manageing day to day tasks with a high level of professionalism and collaboration
- Liaising with clients and answer enquiries as the primary contact for the Surgeon
- Overall management of the Surgeon's diary and clinical needs
- Preparation of consulting and theatre lists
- Booking and coordinating patient bookings
- Professional and timely communication with patients and other stakeholders
- Routine medical administration tasks as required by the Surgeon and management
About You:
You are an experienced Medical Personal Assistant, ideally with experience in the dental industry, and have built strong relationships with your managers to understand their individual styles, requirements and anticipate their needs.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience and be proficient with Word, Excel & Outlook
- A highly organised in your approach to work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and software
- Diary Management experience
- Prioritisation and triaging calls skills
- Professional and polished communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
