The Role: As a Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal and Assistant Principal of Young Adolescents, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be essential in supporting their day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Deputy Principal and Assistant Principal's schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials.
- Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the Deputy Principal, Assistant Principal, staff, students, and parents, relaying messages and ensuring effective communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring information is readily accessible when needed.
- Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Deputy Principal and Assistant Principal.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for education and working with young adolescents is highly desirable.
- Working with Children Check and RRHAN-EC compulsory
