Assessment Team: Undertake child and family assessments to identify needs and provide appropriate interventions.
Child Protection & Court Team: Support children and families through complex situations, including safeguarding concerns and legal proceedings.
MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub): Work collaboratively with partner agencies to identify risks and ensure timely interventions for vulnerable children.
Child in Care Team: Provide ongoing support and care planning for children in care, ensuring their needs are met and they achieve their potential.
Social Worker: £40,235 - £44,513 per annum
Senior Social Worker: £44,513 - £48,693 per annum
Team Manager: £54,764 - £59,180 per annum
(All salaries include a £5,000 annual market supplement.)

About You:
Qualified social worker with current SWE (Social Work England) registration.
Experience in one or more of the teams listed above is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, agencies, and service users.
