Our team comprises experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. What you will do:
... - Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and recommend ad strategies to achieve KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, cost and engagement .
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders, including actionable insights and future recommendations.
- Conduct audience research to create segmented ad targeting in line with the attraction strategies.
- Leverage lookalike audiences, retargeting and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with social media advertising vendor(s) to ensure campaigns are run effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad assets, advising on best practices, and report back on performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates and best practices in paid advertising.
- Assist in the setup, management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search and display (preferred).
What you will bring:
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; Reddit, Snapchat and TikTok preferred.
- Knowledge of platform-specific paid advertising best practices and trends.
- Understanding of target audiences and audience demographics and how they differ per channel.
- Data reporting and analysis using platform-specific dashboards and Google Analytics.
- Third-party vendor management preferred.
- Experience working in Google Ads preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients and budgets up to 50K globally preferred.
- Certifications from platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and or Google preferred (e.g. Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, LinkedIn Fundamentals).
