who are you
You are an analytical thinker with a passion for driving business performance and optimizing financial outcomes. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills make you a key asset in identifying opportunities for value creation and efficiency. You thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, performance management, or decision support.
- Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
what will you do
In this role, you will be at the heart of driving performance across our global supply chain. By analyzing financial and operational data, you will deliver actionable insights that help our business units (BUs) achieve their targets. You will also streamline processes and support decision-making through automation and benchmarking.
- Performance Monitoring: Track supply chain performance against key targets and KPIs, collaborating with BU teams to follow up on action plans.
- Insights Generation: Provide clear explanations of performance metrics, comparing results with prior year data and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Benchmark Analysis: Conduct in-depth benchmark analysis to uncover new opportunities for value creation across different BUs.
where will you work
You will join a dynamic and ambitious finance team at our current office in Weena, Rotterdam, with plans to move to Amsterdam in 2025. As part of the Global Supply Chain Performance team, you will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Controller and Performance Lead, working in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
