● Ensure employee queries are resolved as tier 1 support within agreed upon SLAs,
Objectives and KPIs;
● Partner with key stakeholders on employee queries requiring input and guidance from
them;
● Administers employee changes across the hire-to-retire cycle in our People Systems;
● Ensures employee documentation is provided to employees in line with established
SLAs, as well as stored as per the relevant legal guidelines and process;
● Liaise with external (payroll) provider to safeguard correct employee registration with
local authorities;
● Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes, including systems and tooling
to fit with evolving requests from the business and drive efficiency;
● Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll report validations to safeguard
correct monthly payout;
● Execute processes, procedures and documents in line with standard operating
procedures as well as compliant with global & local employment law and legislation;
● Seek out and implement alignment in core People Ops processes across BHI and
B.com;
