Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role collaborates with other Directors to drive growth through effective people, performance, and business strategies. This role leads organisation design, talent and culture initiatives, and leadership development, supporting the strategic plan.
- Set and execute the People and Culture strategy.
- Lead organisation design and workforce planning aligned with business strategy and growth targets.
- Develop and implement inclusive talent attraction, selection systems, and processes.
- Drive a fulfilling employee experience and drive leadership development through programs, coaching, and career pathways.
- Manage performance and annual goal-setting, tracking progress quarterly.
- Lead the Learning and Development Team to achieve new mentor training targets.
- Manage safety, health, and well-being programs.
The successful candidate will have highly commercial skills with a good understanding of P&L and financials. They will have prior team leadership experience and a proven ability to inspire and motivate. Expertise in culture change and action planning is ideal as is experience in talent management and leadership and capability development.
