Our client is a market leading Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll System Executive (6 months project contract) to join the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a Payroll and HR operations team to support payroll system implementation, including but not limited to:
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Managing the migration of payroll system and data - maintaining accuracy of employee data, participating in UAT, partnering closely with payroll systems vendor
- Monitor for performance and security, maintain logs of changes to payroll data for compliance and auditing purposes
- Checking of payroll reports and monthly payroll processing, to escalate if any action on the system is required
- Support any HR or Payroll process improvements projects
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Info-Tech system would be advantageous
- Meticulous and good with numbers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Budget up to $3,500/month
- Office location: West, Singapore, walkable from MRT
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, fully on-site
- Annual leave starts from 10 days/ annum
