Our client is a market leading Infrastructure MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll & Rewards Specialist (1 year convertable contract) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be supporting Payroll & Rewards activities, including but not limited to:
- Work with payroll outsourced vendors to prepare and support end-to-end payroll processing, perform verification to ensure prompt and accurate payroll & benefits processing e.g. monthly payroll, statutory reporting, ad hoc and year-end filing, individual income tax return
- Ensure compliance with local tax rules and local legislations for payroll, benefits, leave and insurance administration
- Process timely and accurate claims relating to insurance and benefits
- Prepare HR reports on payroll, benefits and any statutory reporting requirements
- Implement local C&B processes, policies, programs through collaboration with HR Center of Excellence
- Initiate, drive, communicate and manage the local year-end increment & bonus schemes, including computation of increments and bonuses for employees

- 1 year contract, convertible based on performance
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, hybrid working 2 days WFH
- Office location: Jurong East, Singapore.
- Salary up to $7,000/month, depending on work experience
skills and experience required
- Education required in human resource or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise in Payroll & Rewards processing
- Competence in handling full spectrum of payroll tasks
- Attention to detail and good judgment are essential
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Manpower Laws is necessary
- Can-do attitude and willingness to tackle problems or new tasks
