New part-time Payroll Officer role, working 4 days a week. This role will start as a 3 month contract with the possibility to be made permanent.
You will be working for a global leader within healthcare innovation and working as part of a collaborative P&C team, supported by another person in payroll.
You will look after fortnightly end to end payroll processing for 600+ employees across ANZ using Micropay & Tanda.
This role is offering $85,000 - $90,000 + super (pro rata) and is based in Rydalmere. Parking is available for employees and hybrid working is offered 1-2day in the office per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- End to end payroll processing for 600+ employees across ANZ.
- Enter and verify transactions in Micropay & TANDA.
- Prepare payroll journals.
- Prepare and complete GL reconciliations.
- Calculate and prepare payroll tax and superannuation payments.
- Release pay advice.
- Calculation and processing and payment of termination payments.
- Complete annual payroll tax annual return.
- Back up for workers compensation premiums.
- Remain compliant and up to date with any legislation changes.
- Assist with any payroll projects.
... Preferred skills and experience:
- Ideally have 3+ years end to end payroll processing experience within a medium -large organization.
- Exposure to different awards and ability to interpret legislation.
- Experience using Micorpay is highly preferred, experience within Tanda is a bonus.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and partner with stakeholders throughout the business.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and to tight deadlines.
