Job Description
You will set up, drive and implement the future Way of Working regarding parts quality together with stakeholders in different sectors of ASML.
As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for the following:
- Perform data analytics to identify common root causes of parts that failed & secure follow up of improvements.
- Make sure the root causes of issues are understood and can be linked to ASML processes or product failures
- Initiate and drive process improvements to reduce and/or prevent Dead on Arrivals (DoA’s), Parts Usage and improve part failure investigation efficiency.
- Align with project leaders which parts and processes need improvements and secure high quality analysis and improvement actions to prevent failures.
- Interact with project leads and engineers of Development & Engineering, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Manufacturing for continuous improvement.

- Ensure the improvement initiatives will reduce our Parts Quality targets.
