We are currently hiring an Parts Coordinator for a well-established production company in Brantford. This role will provide administrative support to Customer Service and Parts teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skill, customer service experience and the ability to work well as part of a team. Great attention to detail and knowledge of SAP is required for this role.

Advantages
- 6 month contract with a strong likelihood to become permanent
- $22-$25 / hr based on experience
- Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
- Friendly and supportive team
- Great location close to the highway for an easy commute
Responsibilities
-Receive customer orders for Parts and/or Equipment and enter them into QuickBooks
-Prepare paperwork for Domestic and International Shipments of Parts/ Equipment including invoices, bill of lading, shipping labels and packing lists.
-Maintain stock room of Parts/ Equipment
-Perform Quarterly inventory checks of Parts room and all sales representatives’ stock.
-Order Parts/Equipment for inventory or special orders as required.
-Receive, put away and complete all paperwork for parts and equipment.
-Build relationships with customers to ensure all their parts and equipment needs are met.
-Process Warranty claims for Parts and Equipment.
-Trouble shoot with foam applicators that are experiencing technical and foam related problems
Qualifications
-2 years Customer Service and Shipping
-Good communication skills
-Experience using Word, Excel, and Quick Books
-Experience with SAP is an asset
-Ability to work with minimum supervision
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Detail Oriented
-Experience with SAP
