Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
- Monitor student progress and report to the class teacher
- Address personal needs of students, including first aid
- Work alongside parents and teachers to track children's development
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- A passion for helping children grow
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
- Enhanced DBS (we can help)
- Classroom management and communication skills
