We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Store Clerk/Receptionist to join our client’s team in Ville Saint-Laurent. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied work environment. Your schedule will be set for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays totaling 27 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
Receptionist (2 days per week: Monday and Tuesday):
-Greet and direct visitors with professionalism.
-Handle and transfer approximately 100 incoming calls daily.
-Perform administrative tasks and support office operations.
Store Clerk (Thursdays only):
-Manage and organize the employee store.
-Maintain product displays and track inventory.
-Complete customer transactions and balance the register at the end of the day.
- Lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be comfortable lifting boxes that can weight up to 25 lbs
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time while working in the store (on Thursdays)
- Must be comfortable working in the cold when restocking products in the fridges
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative clerk
- Proficient in MS Office and IT tools
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
