Our client is a market leading Consulting MNC, currently recruiting for a part-time HR Specialist (performance management) to join their HR team.
about the job
This role will manage the full cycle of performance management activities across the APAC and Europe. The job scope includes but not limited to:
- Assisting in the preparation of performance review meetings for internal consultants in Europe and APAC
- Maintain the performance management tool
- Evaluate and implement new programmes and tools to enhance the career development of internal staff
- Manage all career development related analysis and reporting
- Active involvement in new initiatives / global alignment
- Manage day-to-day career development and performance management tasks

- Permanent part-time role
- 4 days work week, 6 hours a day, hybrid working (able to discuss on work arrangements/ commitment level)
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
- Salary will commensurate with work experience
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related fields
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, if not a background in HR coordination along with a positive learning attitude would suffice
- Proactive, detail-oriented and independent
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skill
