We are currently looking for a Packing Executive for a leading player in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 30 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Manage all packing operations, focusing on manufacturing efficiency, workforce deployment, and team training, while ensuring housekeeping standards.
• Guide packing personnel to meet daily targets, ensuring quality and delivery compliance. Track output, monitor quality, and report performance to senior management.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure smooth operation of packing lines, resolve disruptions, and minimize waste.
• Support team leaders in coordinating staff, resolving operational issues, and enhancing packing efficiency.
• Monitor packaging material delivery times to reduce WIP inventory and collaborate with planning and procurement to avoid delays and minimize waste.
• Train packing staff on SOPs to ensure full compliance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of packing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
