Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement & Automation
• Collaborate with business owners and internal stakeholders in planning, designing, and implementing inventory process Improvement initiatives.
• Use advanced Excel to streamline business processes.
• Build and maintain various business intelligence databases using Microsoft Access & SQL
• Gather business requirements and map the business scenarios, develop scorecards, reports and dashboards to support the Network Supply Chain.
• Review current processes and incorporate automation where possible to increase overall process efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and build relationships to collaborate on projects and drive business changes.
• Efficiently communicate key process changes, summarize new features and applicability and present to stakeholders.
• Build process documentation available for future audits.
2. Analytical Support
• Provide analytical support, reports, and tools to the entire Network Supply Chain team.
• Support category analytics to drive decisions and provide root cause analysis of inventory levels.
• Accelerate cashflow and new business initiatives by providing data analytics.
• Generate insightful recommendations and present data in a format that is suitable for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and build relationships to collaborate on projects and drive business changes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience that demonstrates fluency in inventory management practices, controls, KPIs and obsolescence.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills; and highly detail oriented
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, VBA is REQUIRED.
• Experience with databases/SQL is REQUIRED
