Responsibilities
• Seek out, identify, and target potential customers
• Visit current and future clients, analyze their needs, promote products and services offered by the company, and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Create all encountered opportunities in the CRM
• Provide technical demonstrations of instruments
• Create quotes and send them to customers
• Provide after-sales service and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Effectively handle client requests and perform the required administrative follow-ups
- Provide support to customers who walk into stores
Qualifications
- Experience as an outside sales is an asset.
- Excellent customer service
- Clear communication and active listening
- Ability to process information well
- People-oriented and experienced in rapport-building
- Ability to sell and promote
- Strong product knowledge
- Excellent time management
