Randstad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Morning Outreach Tutor to join our team in Cambridge.
About the Role:
As a Morning Outreach Tutor, you will provide personalised support to students in their homes during the mornings only. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with students of various ages and academic levels.
- Assessing individual learning needs and developing tailored lesson plans.
- Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster academic growth and confidence.
- Providing positive reinforcement and motivation to encourage a love of learning.
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any areas of concern.
