■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
・5+ years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
・Experience with consumer research methodologies and market analysis.
・Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
・Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
