The OSM Chapter Lead position is full time and permanent, based in Athens' Northern Suburbs or Thessaloniki or Heraklion Crete. The working model is hybrid (60% remote and 40% office-based working)

key responsibilities
As an OSM Chapter Lead you will be a key player in a dynamic team and your duties will be the following:
- Guide a community of OSM experts,both designers and developers, that are working within Value Streams/Squads.
- Work with the MD Manager to provide workforce plans for recruitment and development.
- Manage team’s capacity and allocation on projects / Value Streams.
- Contribute, as member of an agile team, in the research, analysis, design development and testing of solutions that best suit business and technology strategy.
- Work as part of a team and design/develop highly performant and scalable solutions on OSM.
- Ensure technical integrity and quality control consistency throughout the development life cycle.
experience
2+ years of experience in OSM and Coaching/Mentoring
qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business or other related field
- 2+ years of experience in experience in design and development on OSM
- Experience in Coaching/ Mentoring
- Good understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), Microservices, anddatabase technologies.
