In this role, you will support business leaders in translating their strategies into people-focused transformations. You will ensure that all changes align with employee needs, fostering an environment where new processes and technologies are successfully adopted with minimal disruption to staff.

who we are looking for
- Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in management, strategy, or transformation consulting.
- Expertise in change management, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading strategic projects, especially in multinational environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for people and transformation.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
