Responsibilities
• Develop of a set of actionable and targeted organizational change management plans – including business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communication plan, evaluation plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, sustainability plan and resistance/coaching plan.
• Manage, and communicate project schedules and status, while balancing priorities on multiple projects simultaneously
• Accountable for the production of training materials associated with the project
• Develop and issue metrics reporting for training and organizational change management effectiveness
Qualifications
• Prosci Certified in Organizational Change Management
• Training Material development experience
• Spanish Speaking (preferable)
• Can demonstrate OCM expertise in mergers & acquisitions
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and can adapt to changing requirements and priorities without compromising on quality.
• Able to perform tasks, manage projects with minimal guidance, and independently create strategies based on the team’s input and their own discovery.
