Order To Cash (OTC) Senior Specialist Job opportunity at global food companyMain responsibilities • Manage day to day order receipt from customers and send delivery order to 3PL DCs for processing and delivery to customer centers via SAP • Create monthly invoices to customers, including Return Order for invoice contents adjustment if there are difference between order qty and delivery qty • Manage BCP Operation to secure smooth data flow from order to delivery in case of system trouble (SAP and EDI) and making communication with Sales Team • Maintain high Customer Service Level / Case Fill Rate with agreed target level to secure and improve service level • Monitor and understand the customer order behavior such as frequency, order time, etc., then provide the proposal for improvement • Manage operational performance of external suppliers for Order Taking Operation (On & Off-Line Order) & Night-Time Call Center based on agreed KPIs • Collaborate and work closely with IT Team (Japan and regional Team) to find and solve issues in timely manner to minimize impacts to order and invoice operationRequirements • Experience and knowledge in Customer Service, Order Management and Logistics Operation in FMCG Industry
