Responsibilities
As an Order Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for
-Being the friendly voice answering phones and emails, building lasting relationships with our customers.
- Mastering the order inputs and PO numbers in the system for accurate processing.
- Coordinating freight arrangements for deliveries, ensuring everything stays on schedule.
- Keep a sharp eye on the daily order inputs and delivery schedule to guarantee timely shipments.
- Take on various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
To be successful as an Order Desk Administrator, you must qualify below
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ideal experience/background in manufacturing or steel.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when entering information into the system.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Utilize ERP systems proficiently, particularly Excel or Oracle
- Excel in time management, multitasking, and performing under pressure of tight deadlines.
