Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the grader machine to prepare surfaces, level roads, and shape terrain
according to project specifications.
Perform grading operations such as spreading, cutting, and finishing of material
on roadways and other construction sites.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company standards and safety
regulations.
Inspect and maintain the grader to ensure it is in proper working condition,
reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Interpret project plans and instructions to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist in site preparation and clearing, as required.
Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail in all grading activities.
