The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the seamless execution of service, maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction, and upholding the restaurant's prestigious reputation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fine dining, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently during service hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and precise delivery of food.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of highly skilled staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, from the moment they enter the restaurant to their departure.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain the restaurant’s Michelin star standards by consistently delivering high-quality service and culinary excellence.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events.
- Enhance the restaurant’s reputation through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, in a Michelin-starred or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
