Working Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Provides a broad range of operational support
•Performing general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own functional area within Operations & Technology.
•Providing subject matter expertise for internal and external parties
•Utilizing existing data entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy are balanced out
•Providing sound advice and solutions utilizing established customer service framework
•Working closely in a team environment in order to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements
•Providing actively continuous improvement suggestions and communicate value added input during huddles and meetings
•Assisting with payment processing and other administrative work.
Qualifications
•Team player
•Excellent time management skills
•Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written)
•Ability to multi-task, and manage competing priorities
•High school diploma; bachelor degree in any discipline is an asset but not mandatory
•Ability to make decisions in order to mitigate loss
•Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
•Previous banking or FI experience
•Data entry and/or reconciliation experience
•Experience with MS Office Suite
•Prior admin experience
