Responsibilities
• Act as a key resource or representative by providing technical or operational process support.
• Working on various systems to process daily transactions.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of new products, operating workflow, additional services/products/applications or operational efficiencies
• Ensure reports are filed according to regulatory requirements
• Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the processes, business requirements, and issue, connecting with the appropriate function/partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained
Qualifications
MUST HAVE: Good communication skills, hardworking, able to work independently and in teams
NICE TO HAVE: VBA, back office experience or University graduate
