Our client is seeking a skilled Operations Officer for a hybrid role, requiring onsite work twice a week. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
Pay Rate: $24.74
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
- Onboard contractors to the AML project, including managing hiring SOWs.
- Collaborate with TD managers to onboard new colleagues and fulfill system access requests.
- Build relationships with people managers, fulfill hiring requests, and manage email communications and follow-ups.
- Monitor requests end-to-end, provide information to end users, and outline next steps.
- Provide operational support, perform transactions, and assist with process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks while adhering to SLAs.
- Identify and escalate issues, ensuring service quality is maintained.
- Support partners by validating and adjusting transactions within authority levels.
- Adhere to internal and industry regulations, including AML and Business Continuity Management.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise due diligence in all tasks.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Customer Experience Mindset
- Strong Organizational Skills – operational work
- Strong Communication Skills – communicate with various stakeholders including TD managers
- Tech skills – MS Suites: SharePoint, Excel (Excel is used for organization – tracking tickets, extracting info)
- Admin Background – bring office professionalism and comfort working in this environment – ideally 2-4 years
NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous Banking Exp – asset if in similar role
- Previous operational experience – working with guiding through system access, managing multiple requests, multitasking – operational mindset
- SLAs experience and knowledge
