Responsibilities
- Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in compliance with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide operational support for the funding of personal accounts, ensuring clear communication with internal TD partners.
- Identify and escalate processing or operational issues as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Suggest and contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Prioritize your workload to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality, comply with internal and industry regulations, and adhere to TD’s Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Fluency in English and French)
- 1+ years of banking experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in an SLA-driven environment
- Eager to learn, comfortable under pressure, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
