Position: CAN - Operations Officer I
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Montréal (Hybrid - 2 days in office between Tuesday and Thursday)

Process Visa payment chargebacks (clients and merchants)
Manage Visa channel inquiries
Handle account processing and data entry
Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in data entry or account processing (banking experience is an asset)
Post-secondary diploma or equivalent work experience required
