Shift: Monday-Friday; 2 days 9am-5pm, 3 days 8am-4pm (rotational schedule)
Salary: $25.00/hour
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (in-office 2 days a week)

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer your responsibilities will include:
Disbursing funds in accordance with customer wishes and regulatory guidelines.
Acting as the central point of contact for completing settlement and closure activities for retail and wealth customers.
Accurately processing transactions within established guidelines, procedures, and authorized limits.
Contributing to a positive work environment.
Building operations knowledge, critically assessing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Sharing ideas and actively supporting the team.
Qualifications
Must Have:
1-2 years of experience in a relevant banking role, accounting, or bookkeeping; understanding of banking products/services.
Experience working with SLAs.
Customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
