Qualifications
* Bilingual (English and French) - read, write, speak fluently.* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in both French and English.* Active listening skills.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Basic Computer Skills (MS Office Suite).* 1+ years of call center experience or phone customer service experience (phone etiquette).* Resourceful, able to find information using provided tools. Strong problem-solving skills.* Post-secondary education or equivalent.
