Responsibilities
- Execute more complex transactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- File Management: Manage and activate files within the system, ensuring all necessary steps have been taken for each deal.
- Payment Processing: Process payments efficiently and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Document Review: Ensure all incoming documents are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaboration: Communicate with solicitors, branch partners, and internal teams to confirm details and resolve any operational issues as they arise.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate operational or processing issues to the appropriate functions and ensure quick resolution.
- Service Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational processes, making proactive suggestions for enhancements.
- Risk Management: Support compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, contributing to the mitigation of operational risk.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- A college diploma or undergraduate degree is preferred, but relevant experience (1-3 years) is also considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building positive relationships
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to meet strict SLAs while maintaining a high level of productivity
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in banking, accounting, or financial services
- Experience in real estate or legal sectors
- Experience with process improvement or identifying operational efficiencies
- Any background in banking, accounting, or customer service operations is highly beneficial.
- Experience in real estate or legal environments would also be an advantage
