The Biomedical Operations Coordinator's primary mission is to coordinate various administrative and technical tasks related to the company's activities, while ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance. They collaborate closely with the customer service, quality/regulatory, marketing, supply chain, and other necessary departments. This includes monitoring and carrying out various operational activities essential to the company's needs and operations.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate field actions, manage customer service notifications, and ensure timely implementation in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Support the daily administrative management of service activities, e.g., technical credit requests, logistics loan management, and spare parts management.
Manage tasks according to established local and global guidelines to ensure compliance with ISO procedures and Health Canada regulations.
Accurately and timely document all customer interactions in the ERP system (Salesforce CRM) and generate the necessary reports.
Develop basic knowledge of bioMérieux product applications to accurately assess customer needs.
Support and collaborate with the team to optimize daily activities and respond to requests with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Consistently monitor and provide support for the department's key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide peer support to ensure the harmonization and efficiency of internal processes in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
Client-oriented and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Organized, rigorous, and autonomous with a strong sense of priority and urgency.
Advanced knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP and/or Salesforce CRM is an asset).
MLT or BSc in a medical sciences field (e.g., Microbiology, Molecular Biology).
Relevant experience in a quality and regulatory environment, or in a microbiology laboratory, clinic, or industry, an asset.
Knowledge and/or experience in the medical device industry.
