Responsibilities
Recruit, train and assign staff according to project needs.
Manage the full accounting and payroll cycle.
Ensure logistics and coordination of field teams.
Maintain fluid communication with customers to meet their expectations.
Monitor team performance and adjust resources.
Ensure compliance with safety standards on worksites.
Monitor and optimize labor costs.
Manage staff hire contracts and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
BAC/DEC in accounting or equivalent experience
2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
Experience working with Sage 50 or other ERP systems (an asset)
Proficiency in Excel
Bilingual (an asset)
