Responsibilities
This role encompasses 3 main functions:
1. Analytics:
- Harness analytical tools to extract insights from operational data, enabling informed decision-making.
- Establish and track KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of order processing and project outcomes, presenting actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
2. Order Processing:
- Efficiently manage the entire order processing cycle, from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee seamless order fulfillment, addressing any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Project Coordination:
- Act as a central hub for project coordination, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress closely, proactively addressing risks to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- More than two years of experience in order processing, project coordination and analysis;
- Deal with logistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals;
- Expert English, spoken and written / French is an asset
Post-secondary education;
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, with experience in Oracle ERP considered a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
